We understand that you want your beautiful arrangements as soon as possible, and we’ll get them out to you as fast as we can. All orders ship within 24 business hours, unless certain items have to be special ordered. If an item is out of stock we will notify you via email within 24 hours.
Business hours are defined as Monday thru Friday. If you place an order on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday we will have your order shipped by close of the business day on Monday. (Standard holidays do not count as business hours)

Returns must be made within 7 days after receiving your order. We will offer a refund only for products which are defected, or sent by mistake. Sorry, we cannot offer a refund for the returning of custom made arrangements.
Caring For Your Arrangement
Please note that the the digital images on our website are as accurate as possible. However, different monitors may cause colors to vary slightly giving you a different look upon arrival.
Also, due to material availability the container and accents may differ slightly from what is pictured.
We cannot be responsible for any product that fades or gets damaged due to mishandling of the product. With proper care, your silk flowers can last for many seasons.
Typically, Silk Flowers are designed for indoor use, weather resistant flowers and containers are available at an additional cost, please call for rates.
When possible, display in areas that are cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. High humidity and direct sunlight can fade colors and permanently damage your arrangement.
Occasional cleaning is recommended. To clean your Silk Flowers, gently dust with compressed air (the same type available for dusting your home computer) or use your hair dryer on a “no-heat” setting. Silk flower cleaner is also available at your local craft store. Silk flower cleaner will remove dust and restore colors with a simple spray application.
Arrangements may contain fruits, berries and other items that are hazardous and should be kept away
from small children and pets. Arrangements should not be watered. Arrangement pieces should not be eaten.
In addition, arrangement pieces should not be placed near an open flame because they are not flame retardant.
